Built in 1912, the Imperial Theatre is one of Canada's most cherished heritage performing arts venues, a nationally registered building whose ornate façade speaks directly to the craftsmanship of its era. When a structural inspection revealed deteriorating brickwork and cracking terracotta across the front elevation, the scale of the challenge became clear: specialty materials, precisely matched to originals that are no longer in commercial production.
We were appointed to manufacture the exterior elevation terra cotta block replacements to match the building's original profiles, including decorative elements and cornices, ensuring the restored façade remained true to the theatre's heritage status and architectural character.
Every building has a story worth preserving. We'll help you match its original character, down to the finest detail.
