Made in Britain Impact Awards 2026: We're a Heritage Manufacturer Finalist

We're proud to announce that Darwen Terracotta has been named a finalist in the Heritage Manufacturer category at the Made in Britain Impact Awards 2026.

The category recognises British manufacturers whose heritage and craft remain central to what they make today. For us, that means handmaking architectural terracotta and glazed faience in Blackburn, restoring historic buildings and creating new pieces for contemporary architecture, with projects reaching from Lancashire to sites around the world.

Our thanks go to Made in Britain for the recognition, and to our craftspeople, whose skills make all of this possible. We're honoured to be shortlisted alongside so many outstanding British manufacturers, and we send our congratulations and best wishes to all the finalists.
